Visited over the weekend. The heat was broken, leaving the dining room freezing, and our large group was seated right by the door. Despite it not being very busy, the service was unfortunately quite slow. We were disappointed that there wasn't a temporary heating solution or any gesture offered to make up for the shivering. We appreciate the staff's effort, but for the price, the experience didn't quite hit the mark.
The request was handled carefully and completed without issues.
