This restaurant gave me an amazing experience. Their service quality is excellent—there is absolutely no high-pressure selling, and the staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to help with sincere smiles. Their service attitude completely deserves extra credit, and I highly recommend this store. This is the worst first impression i’ve ever had at this place, I went here for dinner with some friends. I was greeted nicely at the front and got our seats, we all ordered drinks and they came so fast. When we ordered our food they forgot about us we waited almost an hour. I noticed people came 20 minutes after us and got their food faster than us, as soon as we asked. We got our food immediately, it was cold and some foods weren’t as good. Wife and I dropped in with our 2 girls for lunch, nothing fancy. After placing our order we waited 45 mins for it to arrive at the table. The restaurant was not very busy. - 1lb breaded wings, (forgot the carrots and celery) - 1 chicken tenders meal, mild sauce.
