Brought my boat in recently to have some work done on my main motor and kicker. They worked on it in a timely matter but had some issues with parts not being there and techs calling in sick for a couple of days. The work they did was impeccable. Both motors running great so thats all I could ask for.
Our family recently reserved a pontoon boat to rent for several days. On first day of the rental, a family member was killed in a car accident. They refused to accommodate us by refunding or even changing the dates. when told about the accident, he commented "you could just pick it up tomorrow instead..."

Needed an engine download and a new prop as well as a rebuilt spare prop. Great service!! If folks are going to gripe about prices these days, you probably can't afford you're hobby!!
I was expecting a two week wait. I was pleasantly surprised when the boat was fixed 3 days later.
