On the 27th, around 5:20 PM, I went to that store to buy a pair of shoes. I made a polite complaint to a lady working there—she appeared to be middle-aged, around 50, with shoulder-length white hair and wearing glasses. I simply said, "You are not treating us as customers should be treated." I didn’t raise my voice or use rude language; I was very calm and respectful in both my tone and attitude. Went there for shoes for my two years old, and a lady helped me , She was very knowledgeable, Gave me heaps of advices. So very friendly! Absolutely recommend the shop, And will come back ! :)
i bought shoes online and I went in to exchange the shoe to a different shoe size. Silly me, got mixed up between UK and US size. Went into the store around 3.40pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Greeted by the most friendliest of front desk staff. Both staff that helped me worked well with each other. They were sooooo efficient and fast. They left a really good impression and will definitely be back to buy in store just from this experience.
