Very disappointing! They charged me but didn’t repair my shoes. The man that was at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional! He totally didn’t care! I dropped a pair of snickers begging of May for glueing on the sides. Two weeks later they called me to tell me that the glue they have doesn’t work but they are ordering a different one and will try again.
