See PHOTO-U MESSED WITH THE WRONG CUSTOMER! 2nd floor Review since there is 2 locations in the mail: Friday 8/8/25 the entire mall store closes at 8pm… it was 7:48 and the store was already shut with the gate blocking entrance. I seen 3 visible employees more concerned about straightening up the store to hurry and leave. The real question is how many customers have this store lost because of these ignorant lazy employees???? If they are not happy with the closing hours they need to move jobs!!! Alicia helped me out today to pick out some shoes. She was really helpful and helped me pick out some really comfy shoes.

I would encourage management to invest some time and resources on customer service training. There was at least 7 employees that I could count but only one working the register. I will say when we initially walked in there were 4 employees who asked if we needed help but we were just browsing. We then got the attention of another employee to ask her if she could help us find a small in a hoodie that was too high for us to reach, she brought down the first hoodie and handed it over to my son and husband without checking the s... read more

So I came to this store today before eight o'clock, and they would not allow me to buy shoes. I spoke with the manager.His name was Jay. We argued for a few minutes. He told me the register was closed, but I told him I'm here before closing time. This store is unprofessional and they close early. I really needed shoes to go to my party, but I guess I have to figure out something else. I guess I will not shop here anymore, nor refer it to any of my close friends. Thanks for being rude and unprofessional.
