I should have looked at the reviews before even shopping here, there needs to be MAJOR customer training at this store. Yesterday I went in looking for 9060 New Balance one of the female workers just looked me up and down and said no we don’t got anything, when I asked another male worker they mysteriously had the shoe? And the other workers stay pretending they are doing something while the other half are working hard. Management needs to do something about this or hire new people who enjoy working and helping others.
See PHOTO-U MESSED WITH THE WRONG CUSTOMER! 2nd floor Review since there is 2 locations in the mail: Friday 8/8/25 the entire mall store closes at 8pm… it was 7:48 and the store was already shut with the gate blocking entrance. I seen 3 visible employees more concerned about straightening up the store to hurry and leave. The guys don't help at all, they don't want to work they're just dancing with the music terrible service
Alicia helped me out today to pick out some shoes. She was really helpful and helped me pick out some really comfy shoes.
I would encourage management to invest some time and resources on customer service training. There was at least 7 employees that I could count but only one working the register. I will say when we initially walked in there were 4 employees who asked if we needed help but we were just browsing. We then got the attention of another employee to ask her if she could help us find a small in a hoodie that was too high for us to reach, she brought down the first hoodie and handed it over to my son and husband without checking the s... read more
