Man I went in there on 4-12-26 and the girls customer service was amazing wish I would have got her name but boy was she hustling taking care of everyone shout out to her bought four pairs of shoes with ease no wait time
Hey Shoe Palace Team and who ever it may concern. First I want to say I went to three different Shoe Palaces in Vegas. One on Rainbow and Two in the Meadows Mall. Whatever teams were working at those stores between 10am and 12pm on Sunday March 22, 2026 were fantastic! The service was great, everyone was very attentive and asked questions that fit my needs. I should have looked at the reviews before even shopping here, there needs to be MAJOR customer training at this store. Yesterday I went in looking for 9060 New Balance one of the female workers just looked me up and down and said no we don’t got anything, when I asked another male worker they mysteriously had the shoe? And the other workers stay pretending they are doing something while the other half are working hard. Management needs to do something about this or hire new people who enjoy working and helping others.
See PHOTO-U MESSED WITH THE WRONG CUSTOMER! 2nd floor Review since there is 2 locations in the mail: Friday 8/8/25 the entire mall store closes at 8pm… it was 7:48 and the store was already shut with the gate blocking entrance. I seen 3 visible employees more concerned about straightening up the store to hurry and leave. The real question is how many customers have this store lost because of these ignorant lazy employees???? If they are not happy with the closing hours they need to move jobs!!!
