i bought a pair of $200 dress shoes and the soles were so bad that i nearly fell down a flight of stairs and hurt myself. when i called the staff was insanely rude to me and said that they would not accept shoes because i wore them once. the terms of sale were never explained to me. she said the owners would say the same thing. also, when i bought the shoes,, an associate rolled in and declared that she had been on a bender for a week because of fashion week and began to announce to the store that her dog was on her period w... read more

Very crowded on Black Friday. Staff much more interested in talking among themselves instead of to customers. Didn’t have the sizes of what I wanted.

This store gets extremely hectic on weekends — the staff seem overwhelmed and it really shows in their attitude. During my last visit, I was wrongly accused of stealing sunglasses after I simply put my own pair back into my bag while trying on theirs. They claimed I had taken multiple pairs, which was completely absurd. Even after I showed them my sunglasses, there was barely an apology — just attitude, as if I was overreacting.
