I had my RM Williams boot heels replaced by this lovely gentleman. My boots now look brand new. The cost was affordable & he did such an amazing job. I'm very happy with the service and professionalism I've experienced. I would have given 10 stars if I could. Thanks, we will come back in the near future.
I don’t understand the bad reviews of this place. The guy that runs it is super professional and the prices were very reasonable for my Seiko repair. Way better service than the other places in Marion
Excellent service friendly and helpfull. I needed a new metal watch strap for my smart watch he had one in stock fitted and adjusted it on the spot. All done in 10 minutes. top work.
Shady
I had a $450 watch with a flat battery, it wouldn't work so he started doing 'stuff', it worked then stopped. You said no charge, I said I'd pay if it started working based upon your theory. It started working, I paid, now the date won't cluck over at all. So now I have a faulty watch. You told me not to mention the back coming off if I went the warranty way 🤔 one has to wonder what he did 😢 I will never go back or recommend this shoe man.
