Excessively high priced merchandise, even the items that were on sale.
We've purchased several pairs of shoes for my son here. I love actually being able to go in and have someone there to measure his foot and help us pick out the perfect pair. My only negative is the selection. I totally get not having a selection the size of a big name or online store but a little more selection would be nice. The staff is always so wonderful whenever we stop by. We will continue to shop here. Thanks, ladies!
