After 30 minutes of shopping, I was told I could not purchase a men’s & ladies boot. Signs do NOT reflect actual sales. Talked to Mgr & they couldn’t honor sale for lack of clarity in advertising. My time is valuable and an opportunity missed. The gentleman acknowledged he should have been saying it over the microphone as well. Customer service try does goes a long way.
The manger has a very bad attitude they don’t know how to Their customers with respect so therefore I would never go back to shoe carnival in Gulfgate
Crazy! My sister’s shoes for her birthday were tracked about two hours from here. Yet, they r not going to be delivered for 9 MORE days! As I understand, Shoe Carnival’s free shipping entails an agreement with USPS. Fed x is to hold shoes until USPS is ready to take and deliver. Ordered 9th, but shoes won’t be here until 21st! Insane! Bring back the Pony Express! Unacceptable!
Shoe Carnival has poor business practices. I ordered online and they said my order should arrive by Christmas, but when I checked the confirmation they sent, the arrival date changed to between the 26th and the 31st. I called and tried to cancel and they said the order had been processed, and I only would have had 10 minutes to cancel my order after I placed it. Never again will I shop at Shoe Carnival. The 2 ladies behind the desk were talking about me and my son who was having a meltdown who is 6 and is severely Autistic. They made comments out loud pertaining to ya and were VERY rude to me when I went up to the register to try and return my sons shoes which I must add he had the light up Skecher ones and they stopped working within 4 days that he had them. I purchased two pairs of shoes at the Ft Wayne Store. The check out person took my information for perks with the store for when I repurchase shoes. I receive emails daily from them. I have tried to unsubscribe and cannot. I have an iPad. I have been in contact with them 7 times through email and chat. They are saying I need a mouse to do a left click on the unsubscribe portion of the email. A mouse? Old technology. NEVER USE THEIR SHIP TO HOME!!! They sent us wrong size and now claim they can't reorder a replacement of the correct size. Which is stupid because it's a crap lie! Now we have to drive 30min out of way just to return these to get credit back since not smart enough to have them picked up and replaced with correct size. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. PATHETIC.
