The chef was spitting during making sushi
Great food with amazing flavours, warm atmosphere and great service!
Ordered the unagi don, beef short ribs , 4 seasons plate . The beef short ribs was tuff and chewy and need a bit more cooking. The 4 seasons plate tasted dry , not wrapped properly and tasted day old. Was disappointed.
My friends have said it’s usually not too busy, but it did take us quite a while to get a table. Should call in to make sure. Sushi has a wide variety, and it comes out quite quickly. It maintains quite good quality. I didn’t try much sashimi, so I can’t judge them on it. But the dishes I did try had a great separation and balance of each segment of the sushi, without it overwhelming each piece. It is firm, yet soft and melts in your mouth. The chefs are good.
Hey! If you are in the area and looking for a great place for a date or catching up with a friend and wanting to enjoy some amazing sushi; check this place out. The service was smooth and attentive but the food took the evening to another level. The Yuzu Lemonade is a must try!
