Beautiful homes and great lot sizes love paving driveways in this housing development
Just don’t build with these guys. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. We moved in 08/2024 and there are plenty of things I could have shared a review about but what happened this past week during our “one year warranty” walk through is just the cherry on top. I told them bugs are coming in through our UNOPENED windows .. again UNOPENED windows. We’ve been in our new house for 3 months and are very happy. Took about 8 months from signing our contract to closing on the home. Quality of the home was better than we were expecting. Communication from the builder (Joyce) was great. Builder has been very prompt with repairing the few warranty items we needed to get fixed up. Would highly recommend building with Shodeen.
I used to be a contractor for Shodeen Homes and can safely say STAY AWAY! Lowest cost, highest profit margin cookie cutter homes. They don’t care about you, the town or land as long as they make money
