Thought buying a new house would mean less worries and projects to handle early on. The 1st winter we were in the house the sump pump failed and flooded our basement. The dishwasher was leaking within months. It just looks like they didn’t care at all or take any pride in their work. Overall just a garbage quality build, I wish I could return the house. Strongly recommend against buying one of their houses.
Cheap,.garbage construction that moves slower than molasses. Avoid unless you want to regret your decision.

Amazing professional abilities that these folks have when it comes to returning any other money that they’ve taken all I did was apply for an application per your policy. You did return about 150 of it and I have that still written on paper and that is written down in your policy so I’m just wondering at what point do you guys return any of these phone calls or do I have to get the cops involved, I’m sick of it and believe me I’m calling the BBB as well and I am going to report you to the state for Miss handling your clients... read more
