Thought buying a new house would mean less worries and projects to handle early on. The 1st winter we were in the house the sump pump failed and flooded our basement. The dishwasher was leaking within months. It just looks like they didn’t care at all or take any pride in their work. Overall just a garbage quality build, I wish I could return the house. Strongly recommend against buying one of their houses.
Cheap,.garbage construction that moves slower than molasses. Avoid unless you want to regret your decision.
