I tried calling them but the contact number is for a mobile phone which I hate, there was no answer and I couldn’t leave a message, I didn’t get a call back even though my caller ID number isn’t blocked, then I thought if something went wrong with the product I would never hear from them…. I don’t chase people to give them my money so I’ve gone else where…. 0 stars would’ve been better
I’ve had my Z3 2•8 Ltr for a few years now and thought it handled a lot better when I replaced front and rear shocks with Bilstiens but after a few years decided to give the guys at Shockworks a try and Wow now I look for bumps just to see how much better the car goes it steers better rides better and handles much better all whilst experiencing a much more compliant ride over the shittyroads in the Dandenongs where I live .They also tweaked the stance and ride hieght and now she looks even better, check the photo and see how... read more
I had an excellent experience with Chris. I called him multiple times on FaceTime to show me exactly how to adjust my ride height in the rear of my f6. Can’t say enough how helpful he was.
Incredible customer service. I purchased a set of secondhand Shockworks coilovers from Marketplace, running them for a while before deciding I wasn't happy with the used product. A conversation with Chris later and he'd identified the likely issue given the age and accumulated wear on them, quoted me fairly for revalving, fitting and alignment and booked me in.
