I re powdered my shockwave seats and needed some new parts and Michael Copeland was unbelievable with product knowledge, his emails were so thorough and included how to videos. Communication was excellent.
I have owned two S5 bases—first the aluminum model, followed by the stainless steel version—both paired with a Corbin seat. In each configuration, the improvement in ride quality, shock absorption, and overall on-water comfort was substantial, particularly in rough conditions. Very happy with my S5 seat bases and Corbin seats that we purchased in 2020. We can return and feel so much fresher and not beat up after a full day out on the water. We had a small issue with some of the power coating after five years on our original bases that Shockwave took care of right away.
Great product and people. Mike King is the best customer support worker I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.
