Sophia and her team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for us as there tenants. Any maintenance issues that have arose were promptly addressed, thanks efficient maintenance team! Overall, great experience renting from Shockwave. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to tenant satisfaction set them apart. I highly recommend!
Self viewing experience, Not terrible because I got to view the property based on my own terms to see what worked and what didn't and was not rushed. The property was decent , although some issues with the heat not seeming to work well. The entire process is super automated and difficult to reach anyone. Edit: they reached out and are looking into it. Thanks

A pretty good group of people. Sophia Buckley was especially very sincere seller that was very helpful. There were a time she was trying to show me house, and she spoke to me on a level that even I could even understand and it made perfect sense. If I ever did look into buying a house for my children or if any of my friends are looking for a place to live, I will gladly refer them to Sophia Buckley.
