Barley communicate Stephanie is a hassle wouldn’t recommend leasing thru this company been at the property for years and couldn’t get a fresh coat of paint and new carpet unless I signed a new lease and they raise your rent every renewal when they don’t do anything to improve the property
I moved in a couple months ago. Shockwave has been responsive and kind handling all my maintenance request! My ac was replaced first week. Plumbing and heating all fixed immediately. Brings peace of mind
I have been here for soon to be 6 years. The location and rent price was the best I found I'm North East 6 years ago.
