I called the phone number listed on their web-site and spoke with Carlo's on two occasions to achieve my goal , which was to acquire the stock number for my needed Bilstein Rear Shocks for my new Class B RV. He was very responsive to all my many questions with Kindness and Patience. The delivery time was as promised. I am thrilled to now have removed the "OEM" rear shocks and place the "Gold Standard "aftermarket" Bilstein"s on my RV ! Happy me. Thank You :)
What I like about shock warehouse is they list dimensions for retracted and extended length. I am using the shocks for an antique car for which shocks are unavailable.Their shipping was very quick too.
