The staff here is awesome I accidentally bought the wrong shocks for my truck and had to return to sender
I ordered and paid for a Bilstein shock on this website and received a confirmation email. I waited and waited but the shock never came. 6 weeks later I contacted customer service and the said that shipping was expected in the next week or two. A week later I received an email saying that my order has been canceled. I waited almost 7 weeks for the shock, delaying my project, only to find out that they canceled the order without offering any explanation. I will never order from them again

Ordering was easy. I thought the four shocks would be delivered together, but one shock came in a box and then the other three came three days later in another box. I received my order but it was concerning.
