Terrible! First off, they came out in Aug 2024 and said "yeah I'll be here in September, or end of September 2024. Didn't here from them or able to get ahold of them until they showed up in November with the drilling rig. Tom Shock said " I'll be back in a few days" LOL. Then December came with snow and I understand weather being an issue with drilling , so, ok I waited until the weather got better, and finally got ahold of him the 2nd week of March 2025. Called them and they came out the next day on a Saturday when no one else would. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Got our water back on and finished the job. Can't thank them enough.
