On February 3rd. 2020 at 0951 I spoke with a woman who was taking calls and obviously doing scheduling for services. The cliff notes version of our phone call to get services to a property address in Winchester Indiana was very unusual. After giving the lady all the information I had regarding the issues we are having at the home, this via the tenant and our maintenance guy.
