Incredible hitch. I live in Oregon, I drove to Iowa to pick up a 18k lb piece of equipment. I wanted to purchase a shocker hitch before I left but ran out of time. I called the folks at shocker hitch, they prepared a hitch for me within a few hours and it was waiting for me when I arrived. They were gracious enough to let me switch out hitches in their parking lot. After a quick 10 minute hitch switch-out, I couldn't be happier. The Shocker Air hitch with sway tabs makes our towing so much easier and smoother. The customer service is fantastic as they made sure the hitch was correct for our vehicle. The time it took from ordering, production and receiving the hitch was done within a week!
