Just had my first session of ice bath and sauna therapy. Ice bath was brutal, but I was expertly coached through it and have never felt better. Will be a regular client.
Went today for the first time and booked the 1 hour cold and hot deal. Was nice to see a long term friend there when I rolled up, who visits there regularly, so I knew it was going to be ok. Clay was awesome. Explained the process to me, gave me the right advice and then stayed with me and spoke to me, each time I did the cold water treatment. Awesome staff and experience.
I went in to get an idea of the experience and outcome. Clay engaged me fully with his knowledge on what happens and why. I was in, did a one hour session…. Fully coached by clay through the hour. After completing the hour the advice kept flowing until I left!! It was an awesome experience and I was treated well… great people! Super clean, organised, he is like a dynamo!! Felt fully zenned out after and for days!! Will be doing more!! Full thumbs up👍 great experience!!
S&T, a part of my weekly routine! I cannot speak highly enough of the facilities but the absolute legends (Clay & Stace) that run it. They make you feel very welcome, are very professional and the therapies they offer are fantastic and very beneficial. From the first time they made me feel very welcome and the vibe is very community like. Make sure you don't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work guys 🙏
