Stacey and Clay are awesome! I've never had a bad experience at Shock and Thaw. I regularly go for the hour package ice bath and sauna, I find it's both great for my metal and physical health.
This place is an absolute gem. Just had my very first cold plunge and sauna session this morning with my wife. Both of us being first timers we were pretty nervous but were immediately put at ease by Clay. He went through all the protocols with us, talked us through every step of the process and made it a truly enjoyable experience. If you’re thinking about trying ice bath and sauna therapy definitely check this place out you won’t regret it.
Where do I start? Clay and Stacey are amazing and the service they offer is top tier they are full of knowledge about cold water shock therapy. I hadn't been for a while but so glad I went this morning feel so refreshed and ready for the week ahead thank you guys for everything 10/10 recommend
