It’s the most expensive place in the neighborhood to get a wax ($100 for legs) so the expectation of the treatment is higher, but expectations were not met. A bit rude, I asked questions and they weren’t really answered, missed spots, and I was rushed out (I came on time). Had to go home and pluck hairs out. I’ve gotten better treatment at basic salons. The wax itself was just okay, but for $100 I do not expect just okay!
I’ve gone to Sunna at UWS Shoba twice now and she is my favorite so far. All of the techs are great but she does a superior job, is very gentle and also a lovely person. Highly recommend!
