Mateo was fantastic! He came over to fix my toilet, which wasn’t flushing right, and while he was here, I mentioned my shower water wasn’t getting hot enough. He went above and beyond to adjust it so the water is now much hotter. I also asked about changing a water fixture, and he explained everything clearly and helped me figure out the best solution for my plumbing problems. He was patient and friendly the whole time. Very rude when you call
great service overall. i had a problem with the main pipe going to the outside getting clogged. i called Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC and they showed up in about 2 hours. antonio listened to what i thought was wrong and got right to work. he was very professional and gave me a clear upfront price for the machine line cleaning. it took a little over an hour and some serious effort, but he managed to clear the drain without needing to remove our downstairs toilet to snake the pipe. in the end, the clog was gone and i paid e... read more
