Don’t waste your time with this dr. She has bad English not understandable, makes you wait in room for 25 plus minutes with no other patients. Doesn’t explain anything to you, if you ask questions she seems to be irritated. Can’t call and expect phone to be answered, does not send out invoices, staff hands invoices to you apologizing that they are 30-60 days late, turned the lights off when my husband was still waiting in the room to be seen. I've been with Dr Sama for about 10 years and she been taking real good care of me do my physical every year found out that I had cancer got me cured and any problem you have she will get you back right awesome doctor and I will stick with her until I leave this world
Worst provider and staff! Had an appointment, when I arrived I was told the Dr. left for the day despite having appts on her schedule. No phone call was made to me. I was there for medication refills. I gave them a detailed list, they still input my medications wrong. Had a family member pick up my medications from the pharmacy, and one of the incorrect medications (an inhaler) they ordered cost me $50/ which cannot be returned. I met Dr. Sama in the beginning of the year when she was having a food drive. Her staff were very helpful in answering questions. The doctor herself was out in the parking lot speaking with the people who were getting food. I went back to her office on 4/25/24 to find out information about her office. She came out of her office and answered all our questions. At that moment we decided to use her as our primary doctor. Even though it was lunch she did a physical on my husband and myself.
