Wish I could leave 0 stars. I was referred to Dr. Mendu because of a coughing issue I was having.. STILL having because of acid reflux & because I’m unable to swallow without choking. I’ve been dealing with this issue for going on two years now and after all the money and time spent, she told me that she couldn’t help me. In fact, her exact words were “I don’t know why people come to me and think I can fix their cough, I don’t do that.” And when I asked her could she at least fix my swallowing issue, she said they don’t do t... read more
I would recommend any family and friends to Dr Mendu. She is thorough and listens to my concerns. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. I had a wonderful and speedy experience considering it being a very uncomfortable procedure.
You and your team were incredibly professional and courteous, making my first IV and colonoscopy experience a great one. The procedure was so quick that I didn't even realize it had started. My wife mentioned that you took the time to explain everything to her afterward, and you were both professional and kind. I will definitely recommend your services to others.
I highly recommend this practice. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I waited maybe 60 seconds in the waiting room. The nurse who got me ready for my procedure was really nice and personable. Everything went very well.
Very professional, efficient and on time with every stage to complete my surgery. This facility was impressively clean and comfortable. Each staff was kind and accommodating making sure to explain every step while acting with care as they administered to me. All my questions, concerns and apprehensions were immediately addressed while making sure I felt at ease. Surprisingly, I never felt any pain, from the IV needle or after waking up.
