I was very upset that the receptionist told me that Medicare canceled me and I needed to contact them as soon as possible to take care of whatever happened since I would be responsible for the bill. For me to find out that I was never cancelled! That was a very strange computer mistake.!
She is very kind, always encouraging to promote diet and exercise. Easy to ask for important documents, such as asking for documents for school clinicals.
