Wow! Just wow! How rude is the reception at this place. We were running late today because we have a toddler. We called to let them know we were late. They told us as long as your not over 15 mins late. We arrived and the lady looked at us with a smurk and said 20 minutes late and shook her head. (We were 15 mins late). Last time we waited over 1hr for a doctor to see us at this place! We brought our little girl in because she fell from a height and wanted her checked. Which we told the lady and she still said no. I have been coming to this practice for a few years now and I have seen a few different doctors here. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Sari Mouritz and she is so kind and thorough, she puts you at ease and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I hope she doesn’t leave because she is such an asset to this medical centre. I have also had Dr Green in the past, i’m not sure if she has maybe left since? She was also very nice and helpful too, she rang Rockingham hospital for me to chase up results that they did ... read more
