I have been coming to this practice for a few years now and I have seen a few different doctors here. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Sari Mouritz and she is so kind and thorough, she puts you at ease and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I hope she doesn’t leave because she is such an asset to this medical centre. I have also had Dr Green in the past, i’m not sure if she has maybe left since? The Dr I see is incompetent!! I received mail from DOH saying that I have been taken off off selective surgery as I present a positive bowel screening result so I consulted with him about it ( he knew nothing about it ) yet when he went into file FOUND in which he proceeded to tell me to ring them up !!! and ask about why ?? No duty of care ,also i ask him to fill out a income protection statement for my claim ( Cancer) Prostate all he said that's extra $$ all they think 10 minute consult about!! Now I need to make this clear this 1 star is not for my Dr as she is fantastic and she is the ONLY REASON I come back. This star is for the terrible lack of customer service and respect I receive from the reception staff. Their constant rudeness and unhelpful ness is a huge reason why you should stay away. I had an issue in November was told that the clinic manager would be in touch it is now February and I have had nothing. Went to see Dr. Ugo for a horrid cough I’ve had for weeks now that isn’t going away and the appointment wasn’t even 5 minutes. He told me to increase my flixotide asmtha preventer and that was literally it. I had a feeling it was going to be a waste of time because Dr. Ugo has done this before. I went back to see a different doctor acouple days later with the same cough but becoming worse over time, because my mum knew something wasn’t right.
