I used to take my family to Shoalwater behavioral Health. The counselors truly cared and made sure to establish trust and safety. Going above and beyond making sure we were overcoming our family's trauma. Unfortunately new leadership came in and immediately decimated the quality of care. I was unable to schedule my son's appointment with office playing games.
