My husband and I have been trying for 3 months to get a appointment for a vasectomy. They gave us a consultation. He got there just to be told he had to have a primary care referral. ok so we got that! Called to make sure they got the referral they said it wasn't the correct one. Called the Dr office and the nurse even tried calling them to confirm but they wouldn't answer the phone so he sent another referral! My 86 year old Mother needs to see a urologist for numerous UTI ‘s. She has gotten two exams and labs confirming this. Was advised to see (So-CALLED “dr. Wall ),her doctor retired. Over 2 weeks calling multiple times and still no appointment. One excuse after another. The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever dealt with.Run don’t walk to any other doctor but dr hall.
