My fried chicken was way overpriced and then it took them 45 minutes to get it to me. No one was ever at the front register when I needed anything. Overpriced and terrible service.
Worst dining experience in some time. Cant see this place staying open much longer. Terrible biz model relying on people ordering through phones, service charges of 20% while the servers don’t do anything except drop off the food. Now the food, dry brisket. No flavor. Bad all around. This ain’t bbq Did I mention the place smelled like sewer gases and when management told, they didn’t care or try to address?
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my order. The steak had a burnt gas smell, the burger was dry and not juicy, and the cola had a chlorine-like taste. Very disappointed with the quality.
Should probably change their Sunday hours instead of people driving and wasting time
