Like Greg and Tamara her, my wife and I have basically been held hostage by this business for 4 months so far. Lots of calls, lots of excuses, but still waiting to get all repairs completed, and repairs that are supposed to be under warranty. I have even made calls to Bullfrog Spas and documented my concerns but they cannot do anything.
