I dropped by their office to have my old pair of orthotics repaired. While I was there they fixed my orthotics while I waited FOR $15! I going back this week to have them make me another new pair of orthotics! Oh! If I still owned my company I would hired their AMAZING receptionist too- she’s amazing and totally customer oriented!
Stephen was with me since day one, ahead of the below-knee amputation, I discussed the after amputation process with him. He assured me the numbers that moved on with their lives after being fitted with their prosthetic. He visited me in the hospital after the procedure and left me with a protective "stump protective sleeve" to wear during the healing process. SO&P and Stephen have been caring for my needs for nearly 12 years, and I have no regrets.
I obtained a carbon fiber shoe insert from this business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure it was a good fit and explained how to use it correctly. I was in and out quick!
Steve and his entire staff are superb. Visiting the location is always enjoyable. I am a veteran and for approximately 10 years a patient of Steve. He always take the time for a face-to- face conversation with me during each visit discussing my issues and opportunities for improvement.
