I recently had to have a double mastectomy. I was referred here by my oncologist for post-mastectomy bras & bra inserts. The person who helped me was Pam. She was so kind, very knowledgeable & the perfect combination of professional & friendly! I am very happy with my new bras & with the customer service & the products I received from Shoals Orthotics & Prosthetics. I highly recommend them!!!
Very professional
I dropped by their office to have my old pair of orthotics repaired. While I was there they fixed my orthotics while I waited FOR $15! I going back this week to have them make me another new pair of orthotics! Oh! If I still owned my company I would hired their AMAZING receptionist too- she’s amazing and totally customer oriented!
