Alabama Hearing Associates gave me my life back. I had been unable to hear clearly for 8 years. Thanks to their dedication and commitment, they found hearing aids that would work for my hearing loss. I woke up this morning, put my hearing aide in and NOTHING! Sheer panic; how long will I have to wait for an appointment? Will I have to buy a new hearing aide? My husband drove me to the office in Florence. We got there 30 minutes before they opened, but door was open, only the receptionist was there. The doctors here bend over backward to help their patients and clients. They take such good care of my mother. They are patient, resourceful and gracious in their problem-solving; they always have a smile for her and they always try to work her in, even on busy afternoons, if she has a problem.
Absolutely the best! I took my mom here and was treated so warmly. The staff is caring and very knowledgeable concerning hearing loss and hearing aids. This will be our new place to go when needed! I can’t recommend them and their service enough. Wonderful experience.
