I've used Country Mile several times. You couldn't ask for more down to Earth people. They really care about you. They are honest if you need a new unit or need a repair. They've never tried to upsell me. Just came to actually fix a problem instead of try to sell you something. Good people, just honest people.

Today was our annual fall check up and service to get ready for cooler weather. As usual, the technician went above and beyond. He was gracious enough to replace a lightbulb in our attic while he was checking our furnace-a task we were unable to do without climbing. We avoid climbing and falling! The technician was thorough and professional and re-checked an area that had leaked last year. He even vacuumed our gas fireplace to remove accumulated dust! We will never use another service. Country Mile was an excellent choice for servicing my HVAC units. They picked up the phone when I called. Wes from Country Mile showed within a couple hours. He was very professional and checked all 3 of my units. They were very reasonable in cost. I signed up for a service contract after they finished. Country Mile was excellent.
