I have a real estste company and licensed both in Al and Tn. National Association of Realtors says Realtors only had to join one board/Association and could join the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) without joining the another Association. My office and all the agents wanted to just join the MLS associated with Shoals Area Assco. We are already a member of another Association.The staff at Shoals Area Association made it so hard to find out information, wouldn't return calls timely, told us we would HAVE to use their lockboxes,... read more
