So happy with the move. Owner and Employees were fantastic! Very professional. I will be using them again in the future.
Professional and easy to work with. The team provided updates at all parts of the move - packed, moved and unpacked our items carefully and efficiently.
It ended up a nightmare. Mainly because the owner assumed settlement had occurred the day before I booked them (with no communication with me as to when settlement was) and so he couldn’t be here while his employees unpacked. My dining table was badly scratched, beds weren’t put together, book shelves weren’t assembled, a valuable box was left out in the weather THEN they all disappeared before finishing the removal without letting us know. Several attempts to communicate with them have come unanswered.
They where all just so professional at what they do and they were organized and on time,if I ever need to relocate interstate again then these guys would be at the top of my list thank you PS everything was packed and unpacked and no breakages cheers
