Very disappointed with this clinic’s lack of professionalism and organisation. They lost my procedure booking for the hospital, took my deposit, and never returned it despite never booking me in the first place. When I followed up, I was told I was “lucky” someone else had cancelled for my original admission date - hardly reassuring. I felt rushed leaving my consult and uneasy throughout. Nothing about the experience felt safe or trustworthy. Avoid.
Absolutely awesome! Dr was so thorough with everything and so knowledgable. I’m caring after my dad who has had cronic pain for 5 years and this has helped! Also having a solution with medication so that he can still drive and be independent has been so great for him. Thankyou team!
