My recent admission had me under the care of Dr Phillipa Pryor. What a beautiful Dr she is. And her team ( guided by her.) Medical Ward staff very kind and caring. Nurse Tim, a very compassionate, lovely man.made my stay more comforting. Somethings go amiss. But these guys under the pump. However!. I saw 2 dieticians regarding food requirements for my health. Waste of time. Didn't follow through. Abrupt and rude 1 server. Recieved 1 x apple juice. 1 black coffee. For dinner.when I told her I had ordered food. She said " well... read more

I stayed in the hospital a few days you couldn't be treated any better I was in the surgical ward they have fantastic nurses and doctors I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated best hospital in NSW I would give it 10 stars if I could there isn't any reason for anyone to be scared of going to Shoalhaven hospital the nurses will go out there way to make you comfortable and look after you.

Don’t go expecting to receive any care. You’ll just be sent away and told to see specialist and have to wait months before you can see any of them and just have to suffer in the meantime. Useless and uncaring each and everyone of them from the doctors to the nurses (although not all the nurses) I’ve been admitted 3 times by ambulance this year and all they have done is literally given me pain meds and sheets of paper instead of trying too figure out what is happening to me. If you’re of sound mind PUSH TO GO TO WOLLONGONG

i’ve been down to the cafe a few times the last couple months and i honestly can’t believe how rude the boss is to all the staff i’ve overheard him talking/abusing them verbally everytime i’ve been down there the girls who work there are actually very nice very good customer service and honestly don’t know how anyone could work for someone like that not to mention the cockroaches everywhere i feel so sorry for the poor girls working there hopefully this reaches the right people to do something about it

I just had hernia surgery on Friday Would like to compliment all the staff,from when l arrived to when l left. The lovely jo who signed me in. The theater doctors and nurses who were so friendly and thoughtful to my needs ,had a giggle too,which was lovely. And to my recovery nurses, you were so kind ,beautiful manners and attention, nothing was to much for you both. A+ Maddi you were my recovery angel and the hospital and any patients are lucky to have you on staff Thank you for the beautiful care team 👍😊
