I visited the emergency department today, rarely do I ever have a need to admit myself to a hospital and was met with kindness, empathy, caring and more than competent medical staff. I really appreciated the individualized care I received today despite being what looked like a very busy day with patients.

Just had a TKR at shoalhaven hospital. Could not fault the professionalism of Dr Steele, and his support staff, through to all nurses and staff in surgical ward. I had a few problems with bp dropping after surgery, but got great care and help from everyone. I still need other knee done, will not hesitate to go back.5 star all way.

Worst hospitals bad communication there not organised emergency departments are really bad service i took my client who have disability mental health who was really sick they couldn't even attend to my client best warnings don't take anyone in this hospitals or someone will die in the hospitals and they will be happy bad experiences

Had to get an ambulance for excruciating pain in a fractured hip. Speaking to a person of Indian ethnicity who couldn’t understand what I was telling her & I couldn’t understand her. She kept going to see her ‘boss’ After 7 hours waiting & having scans in things IRRELEVANT, I was told I was going to be discharged & I needed to organise transport from the hospital. My lift showed up to pick me up & as I was walking out to my lift then this Indian woman said: “because you are in so much pain……”. I left in disgust. IDK if you c... read more
