Worst hospitals bad communication there not organised emergency departments are really bad service i took my client who have disability mental health who was really sick they couldn't even attend to my client best warnings don't take anyone in this hospitals or someone will die in the hospitals and they will be happy bad experiences

Had to get an ambulance for excruciating pain in a fractured hip. Speaking to a person of Indian ethnicity who couldn’t understand what I was telling her & I couldn’t understand her. She kept going to see her ‘boss’ After 7 hours waiting & having scans in things IRRELEVANT, I was told I was going to be discharged & I needed to organise transport from the hospital. My lift showed up to pick me up & as I was walking out to my lift then this Indian woman said: “because you are in so much pain……”. I left in disgust. IDK if you c... read more

I visited the Pathology clinic this morning and had the best experience. A shout out to EMILY who was friendly, kind and extremely professional when taking my blood collection. She fitted me in straight away even though I should have been in the Cancer Care Centre. Thank you, Emily❣️ When someone isn't feeling well it's wonderful to be greeted with a caring attitude and a smile 😊
