I had a wonderful experience at Shoalhaven Hospital, while attending for day surgery recently. Every staff member I encountered, from orderlies, to nurses and surgical staff, were amazing. Caring, professional and friendly, they made a daunting experience much more pleasant. I feel very fortunate to have this fantastic hospital in my region.
I visited the emergency department today, rarely do I ever have a need to admit myself to a hospital and was met with kindness, empathy, caring and more than competent medical staff. I really appreciated the individualized care I received today despite being what looked like a very busy day with patients.
Just had a TKR at shoalhaven hospital. Could not fault the professionalism of Dr Steele, and his support staff, through to all nurses and staff in surgical ward. I had a few problems with bp dropping after surgery, but got great care and help from everyone. I still need other knee done, will not hesitate to go back.5 star all way.
