Excellent care.
Just took my grandmothers cat to he "humanely" put down. Overall was a terrible experience. We were not put in the clinic room, we were placed in an old office room on an old desk. The vet didn't even introduce herself, nor explained the full process. I had to keep asking questions. The vet was rough with our old fragile cat. Did not wait for the tranquilizer to take full effect before proceeding to try to give the euthanasia.
