Excellent care.
Just took my grandmothers cat to he "humanely" put down. Overall was a terrible experience. We were not put in the clinic room, we were placed in an old office room on an old desk. The vet didn't even introduce herself, nor explained the full process. I had to keep asking questions. The vet was rough with our old fragile cat. Did not wait for the tranquilizer to take full effect before proceeding to try to give the euthanasia. Called for emergency services after hours for my 2 month old puppy, but because I’m a shoal lake client virden emergency wouldn’t take me, yet I’ve had an account over 12 years taking my old dog here…useless to take your pets here take them anywhere else, they couldn’t even be bothered to take a look at my baby dog -5 stars
They were very passionate with my daughter as she experienced her first time putting her best friend down due to medical complications. Thank you to the vet.
