My step dad was in the facility for over 2 yrs. I took him out because even though it looks clean from a glance. They do not take care of their residence properly. When I took my step dad out. His hygen was horrific. He can't walk and has dementia. They never cleaned him properly and he had crap on him. Their meals are horrible.
