The nasty lady at reception was extremely rude and disrespectful. Later was called by her saying I need to come in again about blood test results, but I already had the appoinment and results. She was calling a few times, I lost my calm and told her to not call me! THEY THEN SENT ME A LETTER IM BANNED FROM THERE. GOOD!
Web site has Open at 8.00 am for surgery and Pathology. Lady from pathology here but doesnt have a key.. 8.30 still waiting not happy at all
As a Canadian visiting Nelson Bay, I was very pleased that they gave me an appointment, same day. After filling out the paperwork, I entered met with the doctor at the appointed time. I would highly recommend this medical centre. Punctual, friendly, professional.
