I’ve been working with BigRed Strength for a couple weeks now and she’s super awesome and motivating. The gym has a cool vibe and it feels much more like a community than other gyms.

Walked in and walked out. $16 day pass (that sorta told me something) and a $48 per month membership. They do not require a contract but do want a 30 day notice lmao. Looks like the place to go to film your workouts if you like that.
Great place to get meal prep.
Good gym but I signed up through Active and Fit so it was a slightly discounted price and now they charge their own $5 fee on top of it. Doesn't really make sense to agree to let members utilize the Active and Fit program for a discount if you're going to try to make up the difference on your own.
