I am a new resident to the region and unfortunately sustained hail damage my first week here. I called three places and had to coordinate to where the rental car areas are outside of Springfield Ibsentveuth Adam because he called back up first, was thorough, and was prompt and knowledgeable. He is even quick with text message reminders. Highly recommend. Great transparency.
Highly recommended! Adam was terrific to work with and explained everything in detail that was part of the process. Often times customer service is an oxymoron and that couldn't be further from the truth with Adam, some of the best customer service in recent memory. Don't hesitate to have Adam and team repair your hail damaged vehicle. There's no sign of damage on my truck after they completed their repairs.
