I wouldn’t use this location if you are looking to get business done fast. There were a few times I used it for a notary but this last time was it. I tried to support local/ black businesses, but when you make someone sit and wait for you to come out if the back for 10 minutes while no one is there, I’ll take my business elsewhere.I came back for 3 days and it took too long for one reason or another. This place is terrible. VERY bad customer service, quick temper for no reason, just overall bad place smh.

The options to support a black owned business should NOt entail you being overcharged. If I come in this establishment just to print one page from an email. The price should not be $2.29 for one page. To detail the encounter, I walked in the establishment to print one page from my email. The employee advised me to connect to the Wi-Fi so I could air print. That did not work so he told me just to email him the document. He logged on to his own work computer and print my 1 page document. And told me the price will be $2.29 for... read more
