So for the first time in a long time in 2021 my iron was tested due to extremely high muscle break down levels. So a full panel was done to see what was wrong. My iron was one point away from being anemic and ferritin was sitting at a 4 normal low is about a 12. Which is is a joke. My doctor wondered how I was still standing.
