I have known Megan Call of Shiver Security for about a year now and I have to say I am very impressed with her knowledge of Shiver’s Security System product offerings as well as her customer service acumen. She genuinely cares about her customers and their needs and works toward effective solutions for each.

I needed an additional keypad placed in my basement before the sheetrock workers covered up the space. I was in a time crunch because once the space was covered up, installing the keypad seemed almost impossible. I was able to buy some time from the sheetrock workers and in the meantime Mr. Ebright made all the arrangements to get the job done. Working with Shiver Security has been delightful! They are responsive, caring and deliver what they promise. As a licensed insurance agent my belief is everyone needs to have their home monitored, so they can have peace of mind while at work/school their home is protected for fire and burglars. Hire Shiver they won’t oversell what you don’t need or want.
