I cancelled this service in February. Now it is May and they are still debiting my checking account. Many phone calls later, and they are still taking money from my account. what fraud!
I will never recommend Shiver Alarm to anyone
Customer service is horrible no emergency calls or crews to be sent out. ADT is so much better.
Shiver provided us a monitored home security system since they bought out Cin/Data in 2009. In 2018 our equipment stopped communicating with Shiver so there was no monitoring. One of their technicians came out to inspect the equipment but it was going to cost way to much to fix such an antiquated system. We decided to cancel with Shiver and bought the latest in technology Arlo equipment. Six years later Shiver is still sending us bills with numerous late fees claiming we never cancelled with them.
