Buyer beware... service dept was kind of a scam. They'll diagnose the problem for a charge. You figure it's ok, fix it. Then it's another problem with another charge. 3 weeks later, you get a return phone call thinking you'll get your cart back but no, it's something else. Oh and something else. We wound up just paying and getting our beloved cart out of there. We'll diagnose it and fix it ourselves. What a waste of time and money
I can't say enough good things about this business. Brendan (the owner) and Chad of the Tifton store not only helped me through the buying process, but after I took my cart home and decided it was too high (lifted) for me being an older, low mobility person, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The Tallahassee store was also great when we were having the modifications done to suit my needs. Thank you Shiver Carts! You guys are awesome!!
