Shiver does not pay their subs. They may have the right intent, really truly is no way to judge their heart, only God can do that, but at the end of the day, they get paid and their subs do not. We have thousands that we never took to court that we never were paid for as a sub to Shiver Construction. The reason we did not take it to court is it would have cost us as much or more to fight them. We tried other means, but nothing worked.
One of the worst construction companies out there. Crooked people... If you come across them RUN!!!!! They don't deserve ZERO *..
