Thank you to Caleb Briggs and service member, as well as, the service department who took the time to work on my vehicle and make it safe. Had it out this morning and the brakes are working great. The tires are also making for a more confident trip in this nasty weather. Thank you all for your time and kindness. I feel so much better driving my vehicle once more. I will certainly be back.
Bought a van which is now 7 years old as the service writer told me today, but I've only owned a year. I have had to replace just about everything under the sun(thankfully I have the extra insurance for it!) But I would NEVER give this place any business OR recommend them- EVER! You'd be better off walking because your vehicle will leave you stranded multiple times, like mine has.
Brought my Cherokee Trailhawk here to get a recall issue fixed. The service staff was extremely friendly and prompt with the service. While I waited, I enjoyed my time browsing the vehicles in the Shively Mopar Museum.
The absolute worst customer service out of any car dealership we have ever been to. They were rude and combative at every turn and seemed to have zero interest in actually making a sale. I cannot overstate how disappointing and unprofessional this dealership and it's staff were, especially the finance manager. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Ford Dealership up on exit 29.
Shively Motors of Shippensburg always treats me as one of their own. I’ve been a service customer for around 4 years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t degrade you or try to manipulate the situation and have even fixed horrible situations another dealer created for me. I’ve never had such an incredible experience at any other dealer. A+++ rating and will forever be a returning customer.
